Bu politika Scrap Baron oyununun Google Play ve App Store’daki uygulamaları ile scrap-baron.ugurcaneser.workers.dev adresindeki web sürümü için geçerlidir. Oyunu Uğurcan Eser geliştirir ve yayımlar.

Scrap Baron ücretsizdir ve hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap açma ya da giriş yoktur; satın alma, reklam, analiz aracı, izleme ve çerez yoktur. Oyunun kaydı yalnız senin cihazında durur ve bize gönderilmez.

Cihazında saklananlar

Oyunun kaydı: gün, kasa, stok, avlu ve tesisler
Ayarlar: dil, ses, titreşim, Rıza Usta’nın ipuçları, öğreticinin bitip bitmediği
Başarımlar ve avluya koyduğun kozmetikler

Bunlar uygulamanın ya da tarayıcının yerel depolamasında durur, cihazdan çıkmaz ve bize ulaşmaz. Uygulamayı silince ya da tarayıcıda bu sitenin verilerini temizleyince silinirler. Cihazının yedeklemesi açıksa (Android’in Google yedeği ya da iCloud), işletim sistemi bunları yedeğe katabilir; bu yedekler Google’ın ya da Apple’ın hizmetidir ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur.

“Kaydı taşı” ekranındaki kod da cihazında üretilir; oyunu, başarımları ve kozmetikleri içerir. Onu yalnız sen kopyalayıp istediğin yere yapıştırırsın; oyun kodu kendisi bir yere göndermez.

Mağazalar

Uygulamayı Google Play ya da App Store’dan indirirsin; indirmeyi ve güncellemeleri mağaza yönetir. Mağazanın topladığı bilgiler Google’ın ve Apple’ın gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

İnternet ve izinler

Oyun internetsiz oynanır ve internete hiçbir şey göndermez. Android uygulamasının izinleri titreşim (duraklat menüsündeki titreşim ayarı) ve internettir; internet izni uygulama çatısının (Capacitor) varsayılanıdır, oyun internete bağlanmaz. Oyun kameraya, mikrofona, konuma, rehbere ya da dosyalarına erişmez.

Web sürümü

Web sürümü Cloudflare üzerinden yayınlanır. Her web sunucusu gibi Cloudflare da sayfaları ulaştırmak ve siteyi saldırılardan korumak için IP adresi ve tarayıcı türü gibi teknik bilgileri işler (Cloudflare gizlilik politikası). Biz bu bilgileri kimseyi tanımak için kullanmayız; analiz aracı, çerez ya da izleme yoktur. Yazı tipleri ve oyunun bütün dosyaları aynı adresten gelir.

Çocuklar

Oyun çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.

Hakların

Kişisel veri toplamadığımız ve saklamadığımız için elimizde görülecek, düzeltilecek ya da silinecek bir verin yoktur (6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR). Cihazındaki oyun verilerini uygulamayı silerek ya da tarayıcının site verilerini temizleyerek kendin silebilirsin. Sorun olursa yaz.

Bu politika değişirse yeni hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihiyle yayımlanır.

This policy covers the Scrap Baron apps on Google Play and the App Store and the web version at scrap-baron.ugurcaneser.workers.dev. The game is developed and published by Uğurcan Eser.

Scrap Baron is free and collects no personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and no purchases, ads, analytics, tracking or cookies. Your saved game stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What is stored on your device

Your saved game: the day, the till, the stock, the yard and the plants
Settings: language, sound, vibration, Rıza Usta’s tips, whether the tutorial is done
Achievements and the cosmetics you put up in the yard

All of this lives in the local storage of the app or the browser, never leaves your device and never reaches us. It is deleted when you delete the app or clear this site’s data in the browser. If your device backups are on (Android’s Google backup or iCloud), the operating system may include it in the backup; those backups are Google’s and Apple’s services and we have no access to them.

The code on the “Move your save” screen is made on your device too and holds the game, the achievements and the cosmetics. Only you copy it and paste it wherever you like; the game never sends it anywhere by itself.

The stores

You download the app from Google Play or the App Store, which handle the download and the updates. What the stores collect is covered by Google’s and Apple’s privacy policies.

Internet and permissions

The game plays offline and sends nothing over the internet. The Android app’s permissions are vibration (the vibration setting in the pause menu) and internet; the internet permission is a default of the app framework (Capacitor), and the game never connects. The game does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.

Web version

The web version is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks (Cloudflare’s privacy policy). We do not use this data to identify anyone, and there are no analytics, cookies or tracking. The fonts and all of the game’s files come from the same address.

Children

The game collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Because we neither collect nor store personal data, we hold no data of yours to show, correct or delete (Turkey’s KVKK and the GDPR). You can delete the game’s data on your device yourself by deleting the app or clearing the browser’s site data. If anything is unclear, write to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
